Coskun Uysal grew up in Gultepe, Türkiye but now calls Australia home. Coskun has worked in some of the most prestigious kitchens in the world including Fifteen and The River Café in London as well as work experience in Attica and Vue de Monde in Melbourne. Owner and Executive Chef of Tulum in Melbourne, Coskun has tapped into childhood memories of his mother’s cooking and his upbringing in Istanbul to create his vision of a modern reinterpretation of Turkish cuisine.
