With over 30 years’ experience, Frank Haasnoot is a leading Dutch pastry chef, bringing unrivalled creativity to the pastry scene. During his career, he has travelled extensively and worked in top Michelin starred restaurants and luxury hotels in New York, Kuwait, Taipei, Hong Kong and Barcelona. In 2011, he was the winner of the World Chocolate Masters in Paris. Frank has returned to The Netherlands working on freelance projects, where he creates delicious, yet not overly complicated dishes.
