Matt is the author of three cookbooks, 'Mr Wilkinson’s Favourite Vegetables', 'Mr Wilkinson’s Simply Dressed Salad' and 'Mr & Mrs Wilkinson's How it is at Home'. He is the Culinary Director at Montalto Vineyard in Red Hill on the Mornington Peninsula and co-creator of Street BBQ, a range of BBQ rubs and condiments.
