Shannon Bennett is a Melbourne-born chef, restaurateur, TV personality and author. Shannon opened the three hatted Vue de Monde in 2000, which remained in the Top World 100 Restaurants for 10 years’ straight. This was followed by a string of highly successful ventures under Vue Group. Since selling his stake in Vue, Shannon now resides full time in Byron Bay raising his six children, mentoring other local businesses, and taking care of other business interests with a passion for sustainability.
