Thitid 'Ton' Tassanakajoh is one of Asia's most celebrated and influential chefs. Born in Thailand, Thitid owns two restaurants ranked in 'Asia's Top 50 Restaurants of 2023' (Le Du and Nusara) and three Michelin-nominated restaurants - Samut, Baan, and Mayrai Bar. Paying homage to the flavours of his childhood Thitid champions seasonality and sustainably throughout his venues. Before achieving his Michelin stars, Ton worked for some of the world's best restaurants including Eleven Madson Park, Jean Georges and The Modern. Recently, Ton filmed Chef's Uncut, a series showcasing his journey with Thai cuisine.
