"Not only is this my family operated Persian restaurant of over 10 years, but it's also my home base where all my recipes are born, my video tutorials are filmed and where I spend the majority of everyday. Fresh marinated meats are grilled to perfection on an open fire and served alongside saffron-infused basmati rice. Slow-cooked stews simmer for hours until the meat is fork-tender and full of flavour. Being a chef and owner, means I'm able to control all aspects to ensure each customer's experience is above and beyond perfection! Whether it's ensuring that my suppliers are providing the best quality produce or the best music is being played to ensure an ambient environment."
