Ingredients

1 tbsp unsalted butter
400 g 72% chocolate (broken into tiny pieces, divided)
¾ cup Nutella
2 cups corn flakes (crushed, about 3 cups whole)
1 ¾ cups thickened cream

Method

You'll need to make this recipe at least 8 hours ahead of serving.

Line a 20cm x 30cm rectangular lamington pan with baking paper.
Combine butter and 30g of the chocolate in a heatproof bowl. Sit bowl over a saucepan of simmering water. Stir until melted. Remove from heat. Stir in 170g of the remaining chocolate until combined. Stir in Nutella. Cool completely.
Stir in cornflakes. Place in prepared pan and spread evenly.
Combine remaining chocolate with cream in a separate heatproof bowl. Sit bowl over saucepan of simmering water and stir until melted. Remove from heat and pour over Nutella mixturee. Spread evenly. Refrigerate until firm.
Cut into pieces to serve.
